The center has two (2) tenants, the Blue Jays of the Major League Baseball and the Argonauts for the Canadian Football League. It will take ten (10) to twelve (12) hours to convert the field from a baseball field to a football field. In 1992, the World Series was held in Toronto, and it was the first Canadian city to host the said event. The Blue Jays won the World Series for two (2) years, 1992 and 1993.

The Renaissance Hotel in the center has 348 rooms and 70 rooms are overlooking the playing field. The Sightlines Club on the other hand has 280 seats that are facing the field. There is also the Hard Rock Café which only opens when there is a game.

You can rent the whole playing field if you want to have a baseball game on your own. The price for four hours (4) is 10,000 Canadian Dollars; that includes using the bases, balls, bats and access to the dressing rooms, dugouts and a first aid officer, except for baseball gloves.
