The base of the tower is looks like a tripod; though the main part of the tower is hollow that contains the staircase and the elevator and the dominant shape of the radome, where it stores the microwave receptors. The tower has four (4) observation decks, available to the pubic.
The first observation deck at 342 meters (1,122 feet) tall is the Glass Floor, has an area of twenty four (24) square meters, and the Outdoor Observation Deck. And at 346 meters (1,136 feet) are the Indoor Observation Deck and the Horizons Café. The third is the revolving restaurant, the 360 Restaurant, where the floor of the restaurant revolves every seventy two (72) minutes and you can enjoy the view of the city as it revolves. It showcases every hour the colors red and white, to honor Canada, though the lights are being programmed to change whenever there is an event to celebrate. Every spring the tower is not operational due to the migration of the birds; this is to prevent any collisions or distractions during migration that may harm them from the lights of the tower.
